Introduction

Lizzon (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the Lizzon Instagram Messaging App (the “App”). Our App uses the official Instagram Graph API to automate replies to comments on our posts and to send direct messages (DMs) to users who interact with our Instagram account.

The purpose of our App is to improve the connection between our brand and our customers by providing welcome messages, care reminders, and relevant communications.

1. Data We Access

Through the Instagram Graph API, our App may access the following information:

Instagram username and user ID (when necessary to reply)
Comment content posted on our Instagram profile
Messages you send to our account through Instagram Direct

We do not collect sensitive data (email, phone, financial, or health information) unless you voluntarily provide it in a comment or direct message. We never collect your login credentials.

2. How We Use the Data

To reply to comments on our posts
To send direct messages (welcome notes, tips, updates)
To improve customer engagement and service

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for advertising or marketing. All use of data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Policies.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service
You can request deletion anytime by emailing sac@lizzon.com.br
You can also revoke permissions in Instagram under “Apps and Websites”
Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe

4. Data Security

We apply security measures including secure servers, encryption in transit, restricted access, and monitoring of system integrity. Only authorized personnel can access data for the purposes in this Policy.
